As an experienced and accredited pharmacist, I’ve spent over five dynamic years blending my strong interpersonal skills and vast medicine knowledge to cater to patients’ healthcare needs. My journey commenced with a leap into studying B.Pharm, and from there, it led me to an internship at a bustling retail pharmacy. With time, I honed my expertise, and my career soared to new heights.

My most transformative year unfolded in a remote North West town during my Community service. Surprisingly, it became a cornerstone of my professional growth, teaching me the vital importance of stock control and its impact on healthcare at large. Working closely with the public, I found immense joy in evaluating complex prescriptions, ensuring safety and accurate dosages, all while prioritizing patient well-being.

Returning to Cape Town, I embraced retail again, taking on new challenges. In 2020, I expanded my skills by completing courses in HSA vaccination and first aid level 3. My pharmacy also evolved into a Covid-19 vaccination site, where we efficiently administered vaccines to over 100 patients daily during the pandemic.

With a belief in constant progress, from being a second pharmacist, I climbed the ladder to become the responsible pharmacist and manager. Embracing change in this ever-evolving world, I am committed to continuous learning and development.
